School Bank Partnerships

The School Bank Partnerships are between the Bank and local elementary schools.  The program is designed to help young people build life skills.  Students are interviewed and selected for positions such as President, Vice President, Manager, Tellers, Marketing and Security.  Banking Days are held for students to make deposits into their savings accounts.  Students run their bank with the assistance of Bank Officers and classroom teachers.  Lapeer County Bank & Trust Co. currently has three School Bank Partnerships.
