2012 Trips

• Charity Island Adventure -- Join us on September 21 as the Prestige Club experiences Great Lakes maritime history on Charity Island. An Indian Trails deluxe motor coach will take us to Caseville, where we will board a boat and take a 75 minute scenic boat ride to Charity Island. Once we arrive at the island, there is a ¼ mile walk to the lighthouse, where dinner will be your choice of Great Lakes Yellow Perch (lightly breaded and deep fried) or succulent sauteed Tenderloin Steak Tips (fire-seared to medium rare in flaming woks), with artisan French bread baked in the island's woodburning stove, sauteed fresh Michigan vegetables and Michigan baby red potatoes poached in fresh dill broth. Dessert will be served on the return boat ride as we watch the sun set over Lake Huron.
  Trip Minimum: 30 people
  Cost: $129 per person
  Depart from Main Office: 12:45 p.m.

• Murder Mystery Train -- See the fall colors at what is estimated to be the peak of the season and enjoy a delicious meal and entertainment courtesy of The Old Road’s Murder Mystery Train on October 24. We will travel to Charlotte aboard an Indian Trails deluxe motor coach. Once we arrive in Charlotte, we will board the train, which is equipped with climate control and restrooms. Once everyone is settled in you will be free to move about the cabin. The show features a hilarious table-side murder mystery while you enjoy fine classic-style dining. Lunch will be Chicken Marsala with vegetables, potatoes, salad and a dessert. Tea and coffee, as well as a cash bar, also will be available. The train ride is approximately 2-2 ½ hours long. It is important to note that the attire for this trip is business casual.
  Trip Minimum: 40 people
  Cost: $85 per person
  Depart from Main Office: 9:30 a.m.
  Return: 4:30 p.m.

Trip Sign-Up

• Full payment is required to reserve your spot
• Reservations can be made by sending or dropping off your reservation form with your deposit
• Deposits must be received within five working days of any phone or email reservations
• Two or three weeks prior to the event a letter will be mailed with final details to everyone with a reservation (Please read carefully, there may be changes to the departing times or other arrangements that have occurred since the original publication.)

Trip Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is required upon reservation to secure your place on any Prestige trip.  If you are making your reservation by telephone, you have five (5) working days to submit your payment.  Should it be necessary to cancel before any trip, we request as much notice as possible.  A refund of your payment, in full or in part, will be made if you cancel prior to the final payment date if:
  • There is a waiting list of members and we can fill your vacancy
  • There are no cancellation penalties charged by our vendors
• If you cancel after the final payment due date, any refund will be determined by the vendors and their penalty policies.  We have very few cancellations and do appreciate your help and willingness to be available from a waiting list.  Extended trips feature cancellation insurance, which we highly recommend.
